At Arshi Modwear, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
  • An unboxing/opening video is mandatory for any return, refund, missing item, or damaged product claim.
    Claims without a proper opening video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, washed, damaged, or altered by the customer.
  • Tags or original packaging are missing.
  • The return request is made after 7 days of delivery.
  • The customer does not provide a proper unboxing/opening video.
  • Products purchased during sale, clearance, or special offers are marked as non-returnable.

Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Products

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective item
  • A wrong product
  • A parcel with missing items

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@arshimodwear.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear product images
  • A proper unboxing/opening video

After verification, the issue will be resolved accordingly.

How to Start a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return instructions. Products sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • It may take additional time for banks or payment providers to reflect the amount.

If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at info@arshimodwear.com.

Exchanges

We currently only replace items if the customer receives:

  • The wrong product
  • A damaged product
  • A defective product

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
